Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return your mower within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in resalable condition with the original crate and accessories.

How to start a return

• Email contact@craftsman-us.shop with your order number.
• We send a prepaid freight label and schedule a pickup.
• Once the mower is inspected at our warehouse, your refund is issued.

Refund timing

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Non-returnable items

Used blades, fuel, oil and other consumables cannot be returned once opened. Mowers with fuel in the tank must be drained before pickup.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship.
