Warranty Policy

Coverage

Every riding mower includes a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting on the delivery date.

What is included

• Engine and transmission components.
• Deck, frame and welds.
• Electrical system, ignition and wiring harness.
• Replacement parts and labor performed by an authorized service center.

What is not covered

• Normal wear items such as blades, belts, spark plugs, filters and tires.
• Damage from misuse, accident, commercial use, or lack of routine maintenance.
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

Making a claim

Email contact@craftsman-us.shop with your order number, the serial number and photos or video of the issue. We arrange service or ship replacement parts at no charge.

Transferability

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
